Juan Manuel Mirazon is an Investment Banking Associate with over 3 years of experience in investment banking and private equity, Juan Manuel Mirazon specializes in executing complex financial transactions across various industries. He has been involved in mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, and strategic advisory services.

Currently, Mr. Mirazon works as an Investment Banking Associate at FCL Capital Partners, where he plays a key role in M&A transactions, financial modeling, and valuation analysis. He also prepares client presentations and pitch books, coordinating with internal teams and external advisors to ensure successful deal execution.

Previously, Mr. Mirazon worked at PwC, where he participated in M&A processes, performed company valuations, and supported transactions in industries such as healthcare and household appliances. Also, he worked at Optimum Agriculture as a Private Equity Analyst, where he conducted financial analysis, due diligence, and monitored portfolio performance. He contributed to various deals, including a farm investment in Uruguay and a project developing olive and almond groves across Portugal and Spain.

Mr. Mirazon holds a degree in Economics from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella and is currently pursuing a Master of Finance from the same institution.
